Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. We are currently looking for an early-career Consultant to join our Strategy & Transformation team, within the Advisors Client Services group. This role is well suited for candidates with only a few years of experience, who have developed a foundation in consulting, analytics, and problem-solving, and who are eager to grow in a client-facing advisory environment.

This position is ideal for candidates with consulting background, with exposure to data-driven analysis, business transformation, or strategy projects.

What You Will Do

Client Impact:
• Support strategy and transformation projects across a variety of industries and business challenges
• Contribute to problem structuring, data analysis, and development of insights and recommendations
• Use data (client data, Mastercard data, or market data) to support decision-making and strategic narratives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client objectives, priorities, and risks
• Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers through reliable, high-quality delivery

Project Delivery & Team Collaboration:
• Work alongside senior consultants to identify key findings and develop clear, impactful presentations
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the client problem
• Support the preparation of client-ready materials (PowerPoint, Excel-based analyses, dashboards)

Who We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Background in consulting

• Ability to structure problems, analyze inputs, and synthesize clear insights
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools is a plus
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a team-based, client-facing environment
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus but not required)
