As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in creating a seamless, welcoming experience for candidates while keeping our hiring processes running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, support a high volume of interviews, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Levelpath’s values. Success in this role looks like well-run interview days, happy candidates, and recruiters who can move quickly because everything behind the scenes just works.

This is a San Francisco–based, onsite role. Being in the office is essential to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, coordinating in-person interviews, and collaborating closely with our GTM leaders and recruiting team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication, guidance, and a warm introduction to Levelpath

  • Coordinate onsite interviews in our San Francisco office, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate hospitality

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview processes are efficient, organized, and candidate-focused

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system

  • Support interview days and recruiting events to ensure a polished, high-quality onsite experience

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, and candidate experience as hiring volume increases

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or people operations role

  • Experience supporting non-technical or GTM hiring, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations

  • Hands-on experience scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and calendars

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
