Key Responsibilities

  • Target & Empower Coaches: You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus.  
  • Guiding Health Coaches: Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives.
  • Enabling Business Growth: Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches’ impact.
  • Building Partnerships: Foster trust-based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go-to collaborator.
