MUST HAVE

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial services compliance, marketing compliance, or a regulated advertising environment
  • Hands-on experience with credit card and/or banking compliance standards
  • Proven ability to interpret regulatory guidance (FTC, CFPB, UDAAP concepts) and translate requirements into operational direction

YOUR ROLE

Own and operationalize compliance for Launch Potato’s credit card and banking products by interpreting regulatory and partner requirements, guiding cross-functional teams, and proactively mitigating risk while enabling business growth.

TOTAL COMPENSATION

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
