Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sysadmin operations team (10+ engineers), providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
  • Oversee the IT ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are assigned and tracked under SLA.
  • Manage the Office 365 environment and utilise Intune for mobile device management and application deployment.
  • Onboard new personnel and train the sysadmin team on IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage and administer local and global IT infrastructure.
  • Develop best practices and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide expert technical support, guidance, and training to team members and end-users.
  • Collaborate with IT management to drive the IT roadmap and participate in change management workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting server availability.
  • Manage backup, storage infrastructure, and monitoring to ensure system uptime and reliability.
