          Role Overview 

          We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive revenue by managing the technical pre-sales process. You will partner with Sales Executives to evangelize Kaseya’s                                        technology, deliver value-driven demonstrations, and architect tailored solutions for both prospective and existing customers.

          Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Demos & Presentations: Design and deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations tailored to client pain points, showcasing workflows across Kaseya's platform
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales Executives to close deals by leading technical evaluations, writing proposals, and handling technical objections
  • POC Execution: Own the Proof of Concept (POC) process from start to finish, including infrastructure configuration, technical inputs, and final ROI validation
  • Solution Design: Monitor and document technical requirements during discovery to build integrated solutions across IT Infrastructure monitoring, PSA, Security, BCDR, and IT Documentation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer by sharing field insights with Product Management to help shape future product strategy
  • Experience: Proven pre-sales, IT, or SaaS experience with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical features into tangible business value
  • Core Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Windows Server OS, Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), Server Monitoring (IIS, SQL, AD), and fundamental networking concepts

    Qualification and Skills Design

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer (SE) in IT, pre-sales, or SaaS space, with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical features into tangible business value
  • IT Management Software: Deep understanding of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and IT service desk workflows
  • Security & BCDR: Proficiency in endpoint/network security (AV, EDR, SIEM, Firewalls, Incident Response) and Backup/Disaster Recovery solutions
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English fluency. Highly comfortable meetings on the phone or video, presenting them to everyone from System Administrators to C-level executives

Education: 

       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience in the SaaS/IT space.
