Job Description

The Gen AI Transformation Lead is a key role responsible for guiding a new client through their transition from an incumbent agency, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and the successful adoption of Pencil Pro. This role will focus on optimizing marketing, advertising, and content production workflows through Generative AI, driving efficiency, performance, and innovation. Alongside the Client Management lead, the role will build and lead a GenAI creative production team in line with the transition plan. The ideal candidate will have strong client facing skills, a deep understanding of AI-driven creative production, and the ability to lead transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Transition Management: Lead the onboarding of a new client, ensuring a smooth transition from their previous agency while aligning expectations and workflows with Jellyfish’s AI-driven model.

  • AI-Led Content & Marketing Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance marketing, advertising, and content production using Pencil Pro, driving efficiency and performance at scale.

  • Strategic Implementation of Gen AI: Work closely with client stakeholders to develop new ways of working that integrate Generative AI into their creative and marketing processes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams across strategy, creative, media, data, and technology to ensure seamless execution and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
