We're seeking talented Engineers and Architects with top academic credentials and 1-3 years of experience who are eager to challenge themselves and grow in a stimulating, dynamic work environment.

What You'll Do
- Draft detailed reports in English and Italian following international standards
- Provide technical opinions on development projects, assessing statutory compliance, budgeted costs, and timing.
- Conduct site inspections throughout our projects’ construction site across Italy
- Attend meetings with clients, developers, professional teams, and contractors
- Review drawings and specs for compliance with client's brief
- Monitor site’s quality and progress identifying defects and non-conformities
- Validate progress payments (SAL) and expenditure to prepare drawdown certificates
- Identify and assess risks arising from available information or documentation gaps
- Prepare and analyze parametric estimates and Capex Plan.
- Develop and review project schedules
- Conduct drop-line analysis for construction progress monitoring
- Recommend completion/snagging inspection processes
- Analyze development, finance, consultancy, maintenance, and construction agreements.
- Monitor any change and issues in relation to H&S matters.
What You Must Have
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture with excellent academic results
- 1-3 years of professional experience in construction/development sector/ consultancy firms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to travel across Italy
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proactive attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license (Patente B)
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).

Cosa Farai
- Redigere rapporti dettagliati in inglese e italiano seguendo standard internazionali
- Fornire pareri tecnici su progetti di sviluppo, valutando la conformità normativa, i costi preventivati e le tempistiche
- Condurre ispezioni in cantiere durante tutta la fase di costruzione dei nostri progetti in Italia
- Partecipare a riunioni con clienti, sviluppatori, team professionali e appaltatori
- Revisionare disegni e specifiche tecniche per la conformità al brief del cliente
- Monitorare qualità e avanzamento del cantiere identificando difetti e non conformità
- Validare stati di avanzamento lavori (SAL) e spese per preparare certificati di erogazione
- Identificare e valutare i rischi derivanti dalle informazioni disponibili o da lacune documentali
- Preparare e analizzare stime parametriche e Piani Capex
- Sviluppare e revisionare cronogrammi di progetto
- Condurre analisi drop-line per il monitoraggio dell'avanzamento costruttivo
- Raccomandare processi di ispezione per completamento/punch list
- Analizzare contratti di sviluppo, finanziamento, consulenza, manutenzione e costruzione
- Monitorare qualsiasi cambiamento e problematica relativa a questioni di Salute e Sicurezza
Requisiti Indispensabili
- Laurea in Ingegneria o Architettura con ottimi risultati accademici
- 1-3 anni di esperienza professionale nel settore costruzioni/sviluppo/società di consulenza
- Forti capacità analitiche e di problem-solving
- Disponibilità a viaggiare in tutta Italia
- Capacità di lavoro in team e collaborazione
- Attitudine proattiva e desiderio di apprendere
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e frenetico
- Patente di guida valida (Patente B)
- Padronanza dell'inglese e italiano (scritto e parlato)
Contratto iniziale di un anno, è richiesta la partita iva.
