What you will do

Our Team Lead, Account Manager are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned area agents, including the day-to-day execution of FX investments, managing the ROI in order to achieve sales objectives and revenue goals in conjunction with the members in the field. Agent Sales Executives will also leverage other Intermex products and services to increase profits, agent transactions, and loyalty. This role is ideal for candidates who are success driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment with a diverse team. Candidates should possess experience in telesales & analytical skills or related field and have excellent analytical skills.

What you bring

  • Provide support and build strong relationships with current and new agents
  • Monitor and negotiate day-to-day FX rates, commissions and customer fees to increase volume transactions
  • Perform regular market analysis on competitors rates and pricings
