What you will do:  

  • Financial Reporting: Support monthly group reporting, including balance sheet and P&L reviews and ensure process controls of the share service center 
  • Accounts Payable support: Assist the local finance team and IGS KL on all ad hoc AP topics, escalations and drive process improvements
  • Account Clearing: Responsible for the Account Clearing process in SAP
  • Balance sheet support: Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Audit & Compliance: Support the local finance team with external and internal audit requests and ensure adherence to SOX compliance requirements

What you will bring:  

  • Finance experience preferably in a multinational environment or in SME
  • Working knowledge on UK GAAP and US GAAP or IFRS
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical, numerical and IT skills. Advanced skills in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Experience with ERP system, especially SAP ERP
  • Part qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
