Homebot’s “special sauce” is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka: our customer’s clients) to build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Banks, Credit Unions, Loan Servicers, Insurance agencies and Title Companies.

Our Independent Mortgage Banking Sales team is growing and we’re in need of a driven, optimistic, and coachable SMB Account Executive to drive new business growth for our awesome customers!

This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office. We have a hybrid work model in place where you will be expected to be in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (with the option to work from home on Mondays & Fridays).

Compensation: We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $55,000 - $70,000. The on target earnings for this role range from $110,000 to $140,000 depending on skill and experience (with uncapped commission potential via our accelerated comp model).

The impact you’ll make by joining us:

Within 1 month you will:

  • Complete Homebot's onboarding and product training.

  • Ramp to 100+ outbound dials and 3+ meetings per day.

  • Shadow top-performing team members and begin taking discovery calls.

  • Learn and adopt our CRM, pipeline management practices, and fast transactional sales cycle.

Within 3 months you will:

  • Independently conduct product demos and handle sales objections.

  • Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from both inbound and warm sources.

  • Close your first deals and contribute to team quota.

  • Build relationships with referral partners and sales leadership to increase deal velocity.

Within 6 months you will:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota consistently.

  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.

  • Identify patterns in prospect objections and collaborate with sales enablement to optimize sales scripts.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for mortgage and real estate professionals in your territory.

Within 1 year you will:

  • Become a top performer and a go-to teammate for peer support.

  • Take ownership of the refining pipeline and call strategies.

  • Help onboard and mentor new SMB AEs.

  • Consistently exceed OTE targets through closing volume and velocity.

Who You’ll Collaborate With:

  • This role will report to the Director of Sales

  • You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments

  • You will be part of a 6-person team

What You Bring:

  • 1–3+ years in a high-velocity inside sales or SMB AE role (SaaS preferred)

  • Ability to make 100+ calls/day and hold 3+ meetings/day

  • Experienced in utilizing a modern sales tech stack — including CRM systems, outbound dialing tools, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach) — to streamline workflows, optimize outreach, and maximize revenue opportunities

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and predictable revenue delivery.

  • Strong communication, time management, and follow-through skills

  • Ability to demo product value with confidence and clarity
