About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Strategy & Business Operations to own and drive high-impact initiatives across our customer acquisition business. This is a senior, cross-functional operator role at the center of the company. You will partner directly with leadership to identify where we should invest, what we should fix, and how we scale profitably. You will not just analyze the business — you will help run it.

As Strategy & Operations Director, you will lead large initiatives that materially impact revenue, margin, and long-term enterprise value. Projects may span growth strategy, pricing, unit economics, vendor performance, customer experience, new market expansion, cost optimization, process design, and capital allocation. You’ll be expected to move seamlessly between strategy and execution — from diagnosing P&L performance to implementing structural improvements that stick.

Within your first year, you will have taken ownership of a meaningful portion of the business — leading multiple high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive sustained P&L improvement across revenue, margin, and marketplace performance. You will serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, shaping strategic priorities and making high-quality trade-off decisions in complex, high-stakes situations. Your Day-to-Day

  • Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with clear P&L accountability.
