Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Manager with deep expertise in Java-based enterprise systems and a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams. This role requires a strong hands-on technical foundation combined with people leadership, architectural ownership, and delivery excellence in a B2B SaaS product environment.
