About the role:

We’re hiring a BizOps and Finance Manager, International to power the next phase of Grüns’ global expansion. This role blends financial modeling, business strategy, and analytics leadership to support international decision-making at scale.

You’ll serve as a strategic partner to international leadership, owning forecasting, performance insights, and analytics infrastructure while driving cross-functional execution. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and translate data into action.

Location and working hours:

This role is part of our remote HQ! We operate in a fully remote, high-trust environment and come together bi-annually for off-sites to connect IRL. Because this role supports international leadership and partners with our US Data + Finance team, this role is ideally suited for candidates based in Europe who can accommodate some overlap with PST.

In this role, you will:

  • Own financial modeling and forecasting for the international business, translating strategy into measurable outcomes
  • Partner with international leadership to identify growth opportunities, performance risks, and capital allocation tradeoffs
  • Build and evolve analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting that create durable visibility into international performance
  • Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to ambiguous business challenges from hypothesis through execution and monitoring
  • Navigate and manipulate data across systems, leveraging SQL familiarity, BI tools, and AI-enabled workflows to extract insights
  • Translate complex financial and analytical outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations
