Rattaché à l’équipe commerciale de la Direction Résidentiel, vous êtes impliqué dans la commercialisation des actifs et vous contribuez à l’optimisation du processus de commercialisation en lien avec vos responsables.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Gestion administrative des locations

  • Rédiger et publier les annonces de location.
  • Réceptionner, analyser et qualifier les dossiers de candidature.
  • Préparer et suivre l’édition des baux jusqu’à la signature en lien le service de gestion locative.

Suivi des prospects & des dossiers

  • Assurer un suivi réactif et rigoureux des prospects (appels, SMS, e-mails).
  • Relancer les pièces manquantes et sécuriser la complétude des dossiers.

Pilotage opérationnel & soutien à la performance commerciale

  • Mettre à jour les outils de suivi et tableaux de bord et suivre l’avancement des locations.
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de location par des relances ciblées et contextualisées.

De formation Bac +2 ou 3, idéalement dans l’administratif, l’immobilier ou la gestion, vous êtes organisé et rigoureux et avez le sens du détail.

Réactif et polyvalent, vous savez gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément avec efficacité.

À l’aise au téléphone et doté d’un excellent relationnel, vous aimez le contact client.

Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
