What you'll do: 

This role strengthens Growth’s ability to launch new market offerings and partner-powered trading experiences by supporting adoption of new instruments and delivering new trading capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. 

In this role you will: 

  • Own end-to-end program execution for new trading experiences and new instrument readiness 
  • Drive partner integrations and internal coordination to move initiatives from concept to live adoption 
  • Bring clarity to scope, sequencing, and measurable success criteria for early-stage programs 
  • Keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned and unblocked while work is evolving 

Trader experience program ownership 

  • Manage the prioritization and readiness for trading experience launches, tracking milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional readiness
  • Evaluate and manage external partners, integration plans, and ongoing operational readiness 
  • Coordinate platform integration requirements including APIs, workflow dependencies, and brokerage operations considerations 
  • Define launch success metrics and establish reporting cadence to track adoption and operational health
  • Align go-to-market readiness with Marketing, Lifecycle, and Support to drive awareness, activation, and sustained usage 

New instruments rollout leadership 

  • Lead launch readiness for new tradable instruments, coordinating Risk, Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and GTM 
  • Drive cross-functional launch plans, manage dependencies, and maintain decision logs 
  • Identify operational requirements and gaps including accounting treatment, margin and risk controls, disclosures, and support enablement 
  • Build structured launch checklists and ensure cutover readiness and post-launch issue management 
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize launch-critical work and remove execution blockers 

Strategy, sizing, and stakeholder management 

  • Size opportunities and define sequencing based on expected business impact and adoption potential 
  • Create concise executive updates focused on outcomes, risks, and decisions 
  • Build repeatable playbooks to accelerate future trading experience launches and instrument expansion 

What you'll need: 

  • 5–8 years of experience in program management, business operations, product operations, partnerships, market launch, or platform integrations 
  • Experience in trading ecosystems including brokerage, active trading platforms, market structure, or derivatives-adjacent products 
  • Fluency in APIs, integrations, and operational workflows 
  • Ability to drive cross-functional execution with high accountability and low bureaucracy 
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort owning ambiguity until it becomes a structured execution plan
