Our Associate Program is designed for therapists who are committed to providing thoughtful, attuned care to individuals, couples, and families, and who are looking for meaningful support as they work toward licensure. Throughout your associate hours journey, you’ll receive the structure, supervision, and resources needed to grow confidently and sustainably in your clinical practice.

As a Foresight Associate Therapist, you can expect:

  • A consistent, remote schedule aligned with your availability (*There may be required evening and/or weekend availability)

  • Ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, consultation groups, and a dedicated support team to assist with caseload building, credentialing, and billing

  • Free in-house Continuing Education

  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners

  • Real human support through live trainings, in-house IT, and operations teams

  • Supervision provided by an independently licensed therapist

  • Opportunities to provide attuned psychotherapy across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families

  • Hands-on experience developing assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
