 Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate Repair Orders with detailed cost, labor and repair time estimates and review with the appropriate manager.
  • Coordinate with Service, Parts and/or third-party vendors to schedule and execute repairs and/or services.
  • Follow the progress of vehicles through service to ensure days-to-market requirements are met.
  • Thorough and timely communication and follow up with management.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
