What you’ll get to do:

  • Oversee the execution and delivery across multiple teams and initiatives focused on reducing toil, enablement, and improving quality and operational excellence across engineering teams both in Bangladesh and the US.   
  • Create and manage high-level roadmaps and strategies focused on quarterly objectives and key results to improve the overall developer experience across Engineering teams.  
  • Monitor the team’s progress, proactively identify and resolve blockers
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define new opportunities to deliver impactful solutions.   
  • Encourage and support individual technical and soft skill growth. 
  • Perform and actively manage team and individual engineer’s performance.  Proactively identify blockers and help with the solution.
  • Collaborate with other engineering leaders and teams to ensure the correct prioritizations and outcomes are aligned and realized.

  • 5+ years leading various engineering initiatives across multiple teams. 
  • 3+ years directly coaching/mentoring engineers.
