About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Onsite Operations Lead to oversee the execution of our most important events on the ground. This role is focused on operational excellence in live environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly, teams perform at a high level, and partners feel confident throughout the execution.

You will work closely with Strategic Event Managers on complex projects, translating operational plans into flawless on-site execution. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in live operations who can lead teams, enforce standards, and take control of situations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onsite Leadership & Execution:
  • Lead the onsite execution of medium and large-scale events
  • Act as the main operational reference point during live events
  • Ensure all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time
2. Team Management (Onsite Staff):
  • Coordinate and lead onsite staff (coordinators, temporary staff, suppliers)
  • Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly understood
