WHAT YOU'LL DO

Office Operations

  • Ensure the office is fully operational, clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry items, and consumables
  • Support meeting room setup, including AV equipment and hospitality
  • Assist with office opening/closing procedures when required
  • Administrative Support

    • Provide general administrative support to the team and leadership
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation (invoices, contracts, etc.)
    • Support onboarding logistics for new joiners (desk setup, welcome kits, access coordination)
    • Vendor & Supplier Coordination

      • Liaise with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, catering, etc.)
      • Track service delivery and escalate issues when necessary
      • Support invoice tracking and ensure timely submission to Finance
      • Assist in maintaining vendor lists and service contracts
      • Facilities & Maintenance Support

        • Report and follow up on maintenance issues (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, etc.)
        • Coordinate with Facilities or landlords when required
        • Support minor office projects, moves, or reconfigurations
