What we're hiring for: 
We are seeking a Vice President, Finance & Accounting to lead the Company’s finance organization, reporting directly to the CFO & Co-Founder. The role will oversee accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, and finance operations while strengthening the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to support the Company’s continued growth. This Vice President will work closely with the CFO and executive leadership team to deliver financial visibility, improve operational decision-making, and help prepare the Company for future strategic transactions or financing.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance leader who combines strong technical accounting expertise with strategic finance capabilities and enjoys building scalable finance operations in a high-growth environment.

What you'll be accountable / responsible for in this role: 
Finance & Strategic Planning

  • Partner with the CFO and executive team on financial strategy, planning, and budgeting
  • Oversee development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
  • Lead preparation of board materials, management reporting, and performance dashboards
  • Establish KPIs and financial metrics to improve visibility into company performance
  • Assist the CFO with investor reporting, financing, and strategic transactions

Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Own the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and GAAP financial statements
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Lead core accounting functions including AP, AR, billing, and payroll coordination
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners
  • Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies

Finance Infrastructure & Systems

  • Leadership experience building and managing both FP&A and accounting operations
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Adaptive, or similar
  • Strong communication skills for executive and board audiences
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
