Functions

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and business partners (including NDAs, service agreements, SaaS, among others).
  • Support in corporate matters, including drafting shareholders’ meeting minutes, granting and revoking powers of attorney, and complying with corporate obligations.
  • Preparation, review, and/or localization of terms and conditions, privacy policies, legal notices, and other contractual documentation applicable to the company's various products and services, as well as campaigns, promotional activities, and commercial materials.
