About the role

As the Product Manager for Core Banking, you will build the backbone that powers all of our financial products.

We envision the Core Banking system as a long-term strategic asset—one that ensures absolute reliability while providing the flexibility to answer growing market needs and demands. You will be responsible for ensuring this system remains a competitive advantage that empowers our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define a compelling product roadmap, scopes, and key success metrics for our core ledger capability.
  • Own and refine the product backlog. You will ensure tasks are prioritized based on maximum customer value and aligned with the overall product and company strategy.
  • Drive the successful delivery of the roadmap by partnering closely with the engineering team from initial sprint planning to final deployment.

  • Bridge between executive vision and technical execution by clearly communicating product strategy, business objectives, and project goals.
