We’re seeking a hands-on intern who has directly contributed to taking a consumer or social product from zero to 500,000+ users. You bring deep expertise in launching, scaling, and iterating growth strategies for Gen Z consumers, especially in the college space. You’ll shape our campus expansion playbook and unlock explosive user growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute a digital-first growth strategy to scale Ditto to 500k+ users

  • Create and oversee viral-ready content (UGC, short-form video, social storytelling) that drives signups and engagement

  • Lead end-to-end digital campaigns with a focus on rapid testing and performance

  • Identify and activate viral growth loops through trends, creators, and platform-native tactics

  • Build and manage a network of student creators and ambassadors producing high-converting content

  • Use data and user insights to refine creative and improve results
