As a Director, Media Strategy, you will serve as a key driver of the strategic relationship and deliverables for key client(s). Reporting into senior leadership, you will articulate business objectives, generate key communication and media insights, uncover cultural truths, design media briefs, inspire creative media solutions, lead media ideation, and develop strategic POVs and go-to-market activations. You will be instrumental in key agency initiatives including thought leadership POVs, award submissions, and participation in new business efforts. 

You Will:

  • Strategically lead day-to-day strategic work for client(s) 

  • Stay on the pulse of what is happening in category, culture and media to uncover opportunities that unlock a strategic advantage

  • Guide how audiences will contribute to achieving the overall business goals 

  • Translate audience data into meaningful insights that unlock deeper consumer understanding

  • Consistently monitor competitive activity to identify white space and unique ownable opportunities that break category norms

  • Skillfully craft a compelling strategic narrative that unlocks new opportunities for the brand

  • Strategic thinking abilities with balanced analytical and creative approach to holistic and tactical media planning

  • Strong verbal and visual storytelling skills and ability to communicate ideas and plans effectively

  • Strong team feedback (direct reports and collaborative team partners)

The annual salary range for this position is $113K-$160K. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
