We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the founders and serve as a force-multiplier across the organization. This person will drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational alignment, manage priority workflows, and help translate founder vision into company-wide execution.

Crypto or markets experience is preferred but not required. Exceptional candidates from investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startups are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner to the Founders: Drive clarity around priorities, synthesize inputs, and ensure high-quality decision-making across product, trading, and GTM.
  • Program & Project Leadership: Own mission-critical projects end-to-end — from scoping and planning to execution and measurement.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and coordination between engineering, trading, operations, BD, and external partners.
