What You Will Do / Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality learning content (eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended programs) aligned with business objectives and role competencies.
  • ● Translate complex product and technical concepts into simple, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.
    ● Partner with SMEs, product, and engineering teams to identify training needs and gather accurate content.
    ● Leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Suite) and Generative AI to accelerate development while maintaining instructional quality.
    ● Create learning pathways and curricula for different audiences (technical, customer-facing, internal teams).
    ● Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and adult learning theory to ensure effective outcomes.
    ● Test, evaluate, and continuously improve content based on learner analytics, performance data, and feedback.
    ● Work with the LMS administrator to publish, manage, and measure training effectiveness.
    ● Ensure all learning materials align with accessibility, branding, and quality standards.

    Experience:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer.

    ● Excellent English communication and writing skills with a global learner mindset.
    ● Proficiency in eLearning authoring and multimedia tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond).
