Key Responsibilities

 Projector PSA (CPrime Core System)
 
• Act as the primary IT SPOC for Projector PSA across CPrime.
• Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, role and access updates).
• Maintain employee records, engagements, rate cards, RDC mappings, and utilization data.
• Troubleshoot issues related to projects, revenue recognition, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance and Delivery leadership to support audits and compliance needs.
• Ensure data accuracy post Salesforce → Projector migrations.
 
Salesforce Integration & Support
 
• Support Salesforce integrations with Projector PSA.
• Validate opportunity readiness (Closed Won status, mandatory fields) before sync.
• Investigate and resolve missing or failed engagement transfers.
• Liaise with Salesforce administrators and Sales Operations teams.
 
Microsoft Accounts & Identity Management
 
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Azure AD user accounts, licenses, groups, and roles.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and ensure compliance with CPrime security policies.
• Support authentication, MFA, and identity-related issues across global users.
• Coordinate access requirements for integrations and service accounts.
 
API & System Integrations
 
• Support and monitor API integrations between Salesforce and Projector PSA, and Microsoft services and third-party SaaS platforms. 
• Understand integration flows, authentication mechanisms, and data dependencies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for fixes and enhancements. 
 
Documentation & Process Ownership
 
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and system documentation (Confluence).
• Document integration logic, known issues, and operational workarounds.
• Support audit requests with system reports and access logs.
 
 Stakeholder & Global Coordination
 
• Act as a liaison between IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Delivery teams. 
• Provide clear updates on issues, timelines, and resolutions.
• Support global CPrime teams across US, India, Australia, and other regions. 

Required Skills & Qualifications
