You’ll specialise in valuing retail and mixed-use properties for a diverse range of clients, including investors, banks, insurance companies, institutional funds, REITs, and both public and private companies. Working closely with other C&W service lines, our team is at the forefront of advising clients on the impact of cyclical and structural changes in the property market.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver valuations for retail and mixed-use properties

  • Provide strategic advice to a wide range of clients

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
