In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from design and tender through construction and handover, acting as a key interface between clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Define the project brief, setting time, cost, design and quality objectives;
  • Manage key stakeholders and support the development of project budgets;
  • Select, appoint and coordinate project consultants and contractors;
  • Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to identify risks and opportunities;
  • Lead RFP and procurement processes for key suppliers;
  • Coordinate statutory process with relevant authorities;
  • Prepare and manage tender documentation;
  • Negotiate and manage consultants and contractor contracts;
  • Identify and resolve potential design, construction and contractual issues;
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules and contractor payments;
  • Manage client-direct works and variations;
  • Collaborate with Asset management and Leasing teams to define the project and support leasing strategies;
  • Oversee snagging and close-out during the Defects Liability Period;
  • Monitor the flow of information throughout the design and execution process among all parties involved — including investors, consultants, architects and construction groups — ensuring alignment and transparency;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal committees and stakeholders;
  • Ensure proper documentation and data storage for future reference;
  • Promote teamwork and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Profile

  • Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, good knowledge of Autocad and Revit.
