Job Description

In this role, you will work alongside senior project managers to support the delivery of commercial fit‑out, refurbishment, and development projects. You will contribute to feasibility work, technical assessments, budgeting, time planning, procurement coordination, project documentation and stakeholder communication.
You will participate in client meetings and site visits, gaining practical experience in how we manage quality, cost and time on behalf of tenants, landlords and developers. The role provides exposure to both the technical aspects of construction projects and the commercial side of consulting, giving you insight into client needs, communication, and business‑driven project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in day‑to‑day project tasks across fit‑out, refurbishment, interior design and relocation projects
  • Assist with feasibility studies, technical analyses and collection of project data
  • Contribute to cost tracking, scheduling and project planning
  • Support procurement activities, including preparation of tender documents and follow‑up with suppliers and contractors
