About the Role

Clover Sonoma is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Packaging & Indirect Sourcing to drive sourcing initiatives across packaging and indirect spend categories. This role is responsible for developing and executing category strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and delivering cost, quality, and sustainability outcomes that support Clover’s operational and brand priorities.

As a key individual contributor, you will partner cross-functionally with operations, R&D, marketing, finance, and sustainability teams to ensure supply continuity, enable innovation, and create enterprise value. A Day in the Life

  • Lead sourcing strategy and execution for packaging and indirect categories, aligning with business goals and long-term growth plans

  • Own supplier relationship management, including performance evaluation, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Drive strategic sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs), negotiations, and contract management to achieve optimal cost, service, and quality outcomes

  • Identify and implement cost savings, value engineering, and process improvement opportunities across categories
