About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be at the forefront of CloudSEK’s growth. You’ll identify and qualify high-quality leads, nurture relationships with potential clients, and ultimately contribute to our mission of becoming Asia’s leading cybersecurity company.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a SaaS company. If you have worked in the cybersecurity space, that would be awesome! If not, no worries, most of us are from different industries :) 
  • We have a proven track record of successfully generating good quality leads, especially C-level. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Know your way around CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and data providers (Apollo, Lusha). If not, the team is more than happy to work with you. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • You are competitive, but with yourself. You set your benchmarks and break them every single quarter.

  • Prospecting: We will utilize various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo) to identify the right accounts and contacts within our target market.
  • Lead qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Lead generation: Multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, Linkedin, looms..etc) to reach out to potential clients and book introductory meetings with the sales team
  • Relationship building: Build rapport and establish trust with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. 
  • Pipeline development: Contribute to the sales pipeline by consistently generating qualified leads and opportunities.
  • CRM hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscapes to enhance your outreach.
