We’re hiring a foundational BDR Manager to build our sales development engine from zero, owning pipeline generation, outbound strategy, and AI-powered automation across inbound and outbound.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale Clerk Chat’s BDR function from the ground up
  • Hire, onboard, and coach high-performing BDRs
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline across inbound + outbound motions
  • Design and run a high-output, multi-channel outbound engine (calls, email, LinkedIn, RCS)
  • Break into complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with high lead velocity and strict compliance needs
  • Partner closely with Sales on account strategy and pipeline targets
  • Own BDR KPIs: meetings set, SQOs, pipeline created, and conversion rates
  • Build and operate AI-first workflows using tools like Clay, Make, Lemlist, and LLMs
