About the Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with suppliers on Civic Marketplace. You’ll be responsible for ensuring suppliers are successful on the platform, helping them win business, increase visibility, and expand their footprint across public sector buyers.

This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role. You’ll act as a trusted partner to suppliers, guiding them on how to position themselves, respond to opportunities, and maximize ROI from Civic Marketplace. At the same time, you’ll directly drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions, and upsells.

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketplace dynamics, customer success, and revenue playing a critical role in scaling Civic Marketplace’s supplier ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Own supplier success & revenue retention

  • Ensure suppliers see clear ROI through pipeline generation and contract wins

  • Own retention (GRR) and expansion (NRR), with revenue growth as the output.

Build and manage supplier relationships

  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers on Civic Marketplace

  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with founders, sales leaders, and GTM teams

  • Guide suppliers on how to position their offerings for public sector buyers

Drive supplier performance on the platform
