  • Evangelize Carta’s unique value proposition to the Australian VC and PE markets 
  • Map and communicate the business impact of our product offerings to key decision makers

The Team You’ll Work With

Carta expanded to the Asia Pacific region in 2021 and we are building a world-class team to support the venture capital and private equity ecosystems. Most of our team is based in Singapore, with a small number of employees based around the region, including in Sydney. 

About You

  • 4-10 years experience in a SaaS sales role 
  • Experience building pipeline through high quality outbound prospecting 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with in-person networking and long term relationship building with C-level executives and General Partners of VC/PE firms 
  • Ability to translate technical financial/accounting software into business impact
  • Managing a pipeline, and closing sizable deals
  • Articulate, poised, and concise
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient - Comfortable working in a high velocity startup environment
  • Self-starter, humble, problem-solver and adaptable to change
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship

Nice to have:

  • Sales or business development experience within Venture Capital, Private Equity or Private Credit sectors
  • Understanding of the venture capital & private equity business model and inner workings
