They interact regularly with politicians, regulators and other policymakers, as well as investors across the U.S financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and a demonstrated interest in policy and financial markets. A successful candidate will be a highly qualified professional with at least five years of experience in consulting, investment banking, policy analysis, or a related field.

Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $135,000-$170,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool. 
 
This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
