Vi söker nu dig som trivs med att jobba i ett drivet arbetslag, där alla deltar och påverkar den kreativa processen, från idé till färdig produkt. Du har ett levande intresse för yrket, minst 6 års erfarenhet (3 år utbildning, 3 år av arbetslivserfarenhet i à la carterestaurang), goda kunskaper i svenska och/eller engelska. Det är meriterande om du har kunskaper inom den lokala matkulturen och dess råvaror eftersom det är grunden i vår matfilosofi.  

Personalboende finns att tillgå vid behov. Särskild visstidsanställning med möjlighet till tillsvidareanställning. Intervjuer sker löpande och anställning sker när vi hittat rätt person.

As a member of our kitchen team at Camp Ripan, you play a significant role in providing guests with a memorable dining experience beyond the ordinary. Our tri-cultural region is represented here through carefully selected ingredients in exciting flavor combinations.

Camp Ripan's kitchen is one of Sweden's most environmentally friendly kitchens, where we work with the latest technology to minimize our impact on the environment.

We are now seeking someone who enjoys working in a driven team where everyone participates and influences the creative process, from idea to finished product. You have a keen interest in the profession, at least 6 years of experience (3 years of education, 3 years of work experience in an à la carte restaurant), and good knowledge of Swedish and/or English. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the local food culture and its ingredients as it forms the basis of our food philosophy. 

Staff accomodation is avaliable. Fixed-term employment with the possibility of permanent employment. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position will be filled once we find the right candidate.
