What are the job responsibilities?

This position provides social work and bereavement/grief support to our patients and families.    

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial support to patients and families facing end-of-life issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, and palliative care, with a deep understanding of the complexities of grief, loss, and bereavement. The candidate will be open to travel as necessary within the designated area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership.
