About the Role

We are seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to own customer accounts after the initial equipment sale is completed. In this role, you will ensure customers successfully integrate our equipment into their operations while identifying opportunities to expand their fleet and deepen the partnership over time.

Once the sales team closes the first deal, you will become the primary point of contact for the customer, responsible for long-term account management, retention, and growth. Your focus will be to maximize the lifetime value of each customer by ensuring they achieve success with our equipment and continue to invest in our solutions.
