About the Position

Bluefish is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our growing product and engineering team. You’ll work closely with leadership, product managers and engineers to create user-centered experiences at the forefront of AI Marketing. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shape the Bluefish platform with meaningful, intuitive, and impactful features aligned with user and business needs 

  • Lead Design Lifecycle Execution – Lead the design process from opportunity identification and vision setting to collaborating with product and engineering for high-quality execution. Define and design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI solutions that enhance usability and elevate the customer experience 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints 

  • User Centered Approach – Leverage both qualitative and quantitative approaches to gather user and UX insights to drive informed design decisions 

  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure a consistent, scalable, and cohesive design language across all products 

  • Take full ownership of key design initiatives, ensuring that solutions are thoughtfully conceptualized, efficiently executed, and successfully shipped to users. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field, with a college degree or equivalent practical experience in interactive design, HCI, or a related discipline

  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and data-rich dashboards, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced product environments 

  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries, ensuring scalable and cohesive design solutions 

  • Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Able to build beautiful, compelling, and functional prototypes to test with users and stakeholders 

  • Experience working iteratively in an agile engineering environment, collaborating closely with product managers and developers 

  • Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform and refine design decisions 

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale persuasively across all levels of the organization, including executives
