As an intern at BLP, you’ll work at the intersection of business processes, technology, and AI. You’ll support real customer implementations of our Native-AI-powered ERP automation and gain hands-on exposure to how enterprise software is deployed at scale.
This is not a “shadowing” internship — you’ll take ownership of meaningful work, contribute to live projects, and see the real business impact of what you do.

What You’ll Work On

  • Support ERP automation projects from requirements analysis to go-live

  • Help analyse customer business processes and identify automation opportunities

  • Assist in designing and configuring tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical and process questions

  • Prepare documentation, implementation materials, and customer insights

  • Support customer communication and help ensure smooth project execution

  • Collect customer feedback and help translate it into product and process improvements

  • Work closely with sales and implementation teams to understand end-to-end customer journeys
