About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven IT Administrator to take ownership of our company's IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on security, automation, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role where you will be the go-to person for all things IT — from Google Workspace and Okta administration to endpoint security and vendor management.

You will report to the Head of Platform Engineering and IT and work closely with our engineering teams to build a secure, scalable, and efficient IT environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a strategic IT leadership role in a fast-paced, technology-driven organisation.

The role is based in India and follows a hybrid working model (2 days onsite per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end IT infrastructure management, administration, and security

  • Manage the endpoint device fleet (MacOS and Windows) across the organisation

  • Drive IT automation and internal tooling development to improve operational efficiency

  • Manage IT budgets and optimise vendor spend

  • Handle vendor relationships and contract negotiations for IT tools and services

Required Skills & Experience
