Position Summary

As an Associate Sales Director, you shall be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Avathon’s footprint within enterprise accounts. You will own the sales cycle — from market engagement and Enterprise relationship building to structuring deals to deliver tailored SaaS enabled AI-driven solutions that directly address client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivating relationships with prospective clients. Engaging in a discovery conversation with prospects to understand business needs and determine if Avathon solutions are a match.
  • Provide market intelligence and pipeline insights to the leadership team, presenting forecasts and deal strategies with clarity and accuracy.
  • Execute enterprise sales plans to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales head and participate in discovery conversations with prospects to understand business needs and determine the technical fit for our AI solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and creating opportunities for the wider team.
  • Lead deal cycles including RFPs, tenders, and pilot programs, ensuring a smooth transition to enterprise-scale rollouts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • AI Knowledge: A strong interest or background in selling AI, machine vision, or predictive analytics products.
  • Toolbox: Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or technical background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
