About the Role

As an Implementation Analyst, you will support the successful rollout of the August platform for our customers. You’ll work closely with Implementation Managers to execute key parts of the implementation process—from system configuration and data preparation to training support and process improvement.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain hands-on experience in SaaS implementations and customer-facing work.

You will play a critical role in helping our team scale by taking ownership of execution-heavy workstreams—freeing up Implementation Managers to focus on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and complex problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

  • Support full-cycle implementations by executing key tasks across multiple customer projects

  • Configure the August platform based on defined workflows and requirements

  • Prepare, clean, and validate data for migrations and system setup

  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, templates, and tracking tools to support implementations

  • Join customer calls to take notes, track action items, and follow up on next steps

  • Assist with training preparation and delivery, ensuring customers feel confident using the platform

  • Partner with Implementation Managers to document workflows, requirements, and decisions

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, tools, and documentation
