About the team

The Payroll Team at Auctane is a collaborative and detail-oriented group dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services. We’re committed to supporting our employees through seamless pay experiences, clear communication, and efficient processes that reflect our company’s values. What will you be doing?

 Time & Attendance

  • Manage Replicon time and attendance setup (schedules, pay rules, timecard approvals).
  • Support employees and managers with time entry, corrections and approvals.
  • Audit and reconcile timecards, resolve missing punches and overtime discrepancies.

Payroll Processing & Maintenance

  • Support bimonthly payroll process for Philippines employees using CloudPay (CP).
  • Utilize WFN reporting to update CloudPay HR Master Data template each pay period
  • Ensure new hire Union Bank details are current providing updates as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes in ADP WFN.
  • Collect information regarding garnishments and benefit-related deductions in CP templates.
  • Collaborate with CloudPay to produce Gross to Net reports for review and approval
  • Perform payroll reconciliations.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and deductions.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Stay current on federal, state, and local payroll laws.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory reports and payments (PhilHealth, etc.)
  • Support tax reconciliations and year-end processes, including BIR submissions.
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Maintain secure documentation for audit readiness and compliance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the payroll point of contact for HR, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Recommend process improvements and participate in payroll-related projects.
  • Provide backup support to the Senior Manager, Payroll

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of full-cycle Philippines payroll experience.
  • High level of professional discretion.
  • Strong working knowledge of Replicon or similar software (time-keeping & leave management)
  • Strong working knowledge of CloudPay (payroll).
  • Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of customer service and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
