We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and who's passionate about building things that scale, thrives on ownership, and wants to push boundaries in fintech.

You’ll work closely with our Product team to design and deliver solutions that thousands of users and teammates rely on every single day. Beyond coding, you’ll help shape our engineering culture, bring best practices, and raise the bar for technical excellence at Atrato.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.

  • Proven experience leading high-impact projects and teams.

  • Strong experience with MySQL, Express, React, Node.js (or similar web application stacks).

  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks, especially React with TypeScript.

  • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js with TypeScript.

  • Solid understanding of database technologies and ORMs (MySQL, TypeORM).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
