Underwriting

Our Underwriting Team has helps brokers navigate complex cyber and specialty insurance products. The team has skilled underwriters in every major U.S. region, plus the technology, tools and resources to help deliver top-tier service. At-Bay offers up to $5M in limits to businesses up to $5B in revenue for both primary and excess Cyber and Technology E&O coverage, and up to $5m in limits to business up to $100M in revenue for primary Miscellaneous Professional Liability coverage. Sold exclusively through wholesale brokers, our industry-leading policies go beyond the basics to ensure exceptional coverage when needed the most! 

Claims

The Claims Team works closely with our Security Team to provide active risk monitoring for our insureds and with our Product and Underwriting Teams to improve At-Bay’s ability to underwrite cyber risk. Each team member may handle roughly 80-120 1st and 3rd-party complex claims at any time. Examples of claims include data breaches, ransomware, and financial fraud. As proud ambassadors of At-Bay, the Claims Team is an incredibly collegial, collaborative, and high-performing team with a desire to have an impact far deeper than claims management.

Strategy

The Corporate Strategy Team is responsible for setting and aligning our Executive Team on the company direction, driving the execution of key strategic initiatives and incubating new business areas.

Risk

The Risk Team ensures the production quality of our core underwriting engine, which directly impacts billions of dollars of exposure. They guard our underwriting performance by enabling effective pricing and automatic decision rules. The Risk Team is responsible for crafting risk hypotheses and developing and tracking appropriate metrics.  This team collaborates with cross-functional teams to push insights to production at a record speed.
