This is a sole contributor recruiting role — you will be the only recruiter at the company and will not have direct reports. You will play a critical part in building our team from the inside out, hiring fractional financial professionals for our internal team as well as sourcing interim talent to serve our clients.

Responsibilities for Recruiter:
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Lead recruitment efforts for internal fractional financial professionals joining the Ascent CFO Solutions team from the Senior Accountant level to CFO
  • Source and place external interim financial professionals to support client engagements
  • Perform reference checks
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices, including AI
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and offer letter process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications for Recruiter:
